Mindfulness helps us to let go of this struggle as we gradually develop a more compassionate relationship with our minds. This may not sound like much but it can have a profound effect on our day-to-day experience and overall sense of wellbeing.

You are invited to come along to explore these and other ideas through guided mindful practices and reflections. Practices can be done sitting, standing or lying down.

These monthly sessions are led by Sarah-Linda Johnson, experienced mindfulness teacher.
