Hannah has a background in cultural development and management, with a strong focus on partnership working within the cultural sector. Hannah joined Plymouth Culture from the Arts University Plymouth in 2019, where she was the Director of Development specialising in strategic planning, partnership development and externally funded projects. Since 2019 Hannah has authored the 10-year Culture Plan for Plymouth and championed work to make the creative and cultural sector in Plymouth vibrant, visible and accessible

Sector Development Programme Manager

Sabrina has worked in significant and diverse international arts projects in Brazil and the UK, and brings her knowledge in strategic partnerships, executive production and curatorship. She is mostly interested in contributing to projects that promote the exchange of knowledge, social transformation, and in working towards the construction of a collaborative network of creative professionals around the world.

Content Manager - What’s On Plymouth Culture and Content and Marketing - Sea for Yourself

After 15 years working for ITV and a further 10 years running her own PR, Content and Social Media Consultancy, Bracken joined the Plymouth Culture team. Her storytelling, film making, photography and writing experience have been invaluable to the creation of content and in developing the What’s On Plymouth Culture platform and the amplifies the Sea for Yourself commissions. She has also been able to share her experience as she builds the team of Community Reporters.

Senior Creative Producer

Rob Bowman is a producer and artistic director with over twenty years’ experience of collaborating with artists and leading partnerships to deliver ambitious artistic and engagement projects.

Rob moved to Bristol in 2015 to take up the role of Director of Programme at Arnolfini. In 2018, he set up Co-Production to work independently on public realm, collaborative and socially engaged projects, and provide consultancy in museums, galleries and Higher Education. He has also been Head of Programmes and Production at Artangel and Curator at the ICA London and Modern Art Oxford.

Producer

Ellen is a Creative Arts Producer and Programme Manager with a decade of experience working within National Portfolio Organisations, international arts festivals, City of Culture programmes and arts venues alongside direct collaborations with artists & creatives. 

Producing across a diverse range of art forms including dance, visual art, immersive tech, theatre, performance, circus, music, comedy, cabaret, spoken word, storytelling and site-specific performances.  Her focus has been on delivering culturally democratic projects that champion accessibility, co-creation, and community engagement/empowerment. She loves producing work in unexpected settings in interesting ways.

She is passionate about creative projects that celebrate difference - championing equity, diversity, inclusion, fairness, equality and best practice to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved in any creative project. 

Project Officer – Admin & Finance

Hope is passionate about telling human stories and amplifying voices through creative mediums such as live events, workshops, podcasts and written communications.

Driven by a desire to inspire positive change and share narratives, she contributes to the success of purpose-led projects that aims to make a difference in people's lives. 

Hope has worked in the non-profit sector for the last five years focusing on events, arts and culture, as well as international development. 

This area of impactful work contributes to Hope's passion of creating meaningful experiences that foster personal expression, learning and community engagement & empowerment on a global scale.

Paul Burton and the team at pbmedia support Plymouth Culture in their marketing and communications. They specialise in website design, digital storytelling, social media, content creation, video production and strategic planning.
