TRACE talks: Graphic Novelist Gretchen Viehmann

Gretchen Viehmann studied documentary film and animation at New York University, and has been photographing and illustrating since childhood. In her early years post-NYU she was the Head of Rights and Reproductions for the Museum of the City of New York, working with the archival collections of Jacob Riis, Berenice Abbott, Samuel Gottscho and Stanley Kubrick. Later she was Director of Photography for both the New York Post and the New York Daily News and later Chief Editor of Rex Features Agency (now Shutterstock). Gretchen is currently head of Documentary and Editorial Photography at Falmouth University.
