British Tapestry Group 20th Anniversary Exhibition at The Market Hall

We are delighted to welcome the British Tapestry Group’s 20th Anniversary Exhibition to The Market Hall in Devonport!

This inspiring exhibition brings together 69 artists from 9 countries, showcasing over 90 unique tapestries—a remarkable celebration of the woven arts.

Presented under the theme Picking up the Thread: The Past, Present and Future of Tapestry, the exhibition highlights the breadth, skill, and imagination of contemporary tapestry weavers.

Following its launch in Dumfries in summer 2025 and a successful run at Dovecot Studios in Edinburgh, we are proud to be the next venue to host this special anniversary event.
