Workshops
In The Making: Felt Flag Making
Using our templates and inspiration sheets, you’ll cut shapes and letters from colourful felt to design a one-of-a-kind flag. Whether you’re decorating your home, celebrating a special occasion, creating a personalised gift, or simply enjoying a few hours of creativity, this is such a fun and relaxing way to get making!
No experience is necessary, and the workshop is suitable for all ages (though younger children may need a little help with cutting).
We’ll be making them throughout the day, with booking slots at 10:30am, 12:45pm, and 2:30pm. Pop along, get creative, and stay as long as you need to finish your flag!
All materials are provided – just bring yourself and leave with your own bespoke creation!
Free entry. Book your place here.
Creative Book Making
Join us for a playful, hands-on introduction to simple book making.
In this creative workshop, you’ll learn how to fold and assemble your own small handmade book, then decorate it using original prints made by our Printmakers at Devonport Print Studio.
All materials are provided, and you’ll take home your finished handmade book along with a 30-day drawing prompt to help you keep making, noticing and filling your pages after the workshop.
