SHE OF THE SEASONS..a free eco-arts group for Peri-menopausal, menopausal and post menopausal, women, meeting weekly at Snapdragons, Victoria Park.

The new group will start on the 19th of November and take place every Thursday (term time only) 10:30-12:30pm.

Activities are co-curated with the group but can include willow sculpture, ink / perfume-making, weaving, slow stitch, clay work, foraging, calligraphy, natural dyeing, to name but a few.

Most importantly we try to create a nurturing and friendly atmosphere which gives people a chance to come to share their experiences whilst being encouraged to connect with the/ our Seasons.
