Recycled Gorgeous Glass Jar Workshop

  • Ocean Studios Royal William Yard Plymouth, England, PL1 3RP United Kingdom (map)

This is a non-arty but wonderfully creative workshop transforming old empty glass jars into really eye-catching, stand out items.

This workshop involves a little bit of painting, some printing onto tissue paper, cutting up and glueing - what could be more fun?!

Louise, an experienced block printer and certified tutor with the Indian Block Printing Company, will provide a detailed demonstration and guidance throughout the session. We will be printing onto some tissue paper and layering blocks and colours in a random and playful way. You really don't need any artisitic ability or experience to take part in this workshop - each covered jar will look stunning.

Louise provides everything you need for this workshop including aprons, hot drinks and plenty of homemade cake to keep us fuelled throughout the afternoon.

Why not plan in this workshop into your diary and have some switch-off time, you'll find the fabulously light studio a really calming and relaxing space.

There are only six places so it'll be friendly, welcoming and relaxed.

Book your place here.
