Award-winning jazz guitarist Nigel Price, whose credits include Van Morrison and Alan Barnes, teams up with fellow guitarist Neil Burns.

Londoner Nigel Price is a highly skilled guitarist as well as an accomplished composer whose swinging bebop approach combined with flawless control is a delight to hear.
He has played on more than 50 albums, spent ten years with acid jazz outfit the Filthy Six, was a member of James Taylor’s jazz/funk band for 3 years and has played at Ronnie Scott’s over 600 times. As leader, he has recorded 9 albums, including six with his own Organ Trio.
A multi award winner he has picked up a Parliamentary Jazz Award (Best Jazz Ensemble, 2010), a nomination for a British Jazz Award (Best Guitarist, 2014) and a British Jazz Award (Best Guitarist, 2016) along the way. Nigel will be joined by local Jazz Guitarist Neil Burns, Neil has been immersed in the south west jazz scene for many years and has accompanied many top players on tours in the region.
Scottish guitarist Neil Burns has been immersed in the South West jazz scene for many years. He has performed throughout Europe and is a regular collaborator with leading trumpeter Steve Waterman, guitar legend Jim Mullen and vibraphonist Roger Beaujolais.
He has also worked with artists including Jacqui Dankworth, Zoe Rahman, Simon Spillett, Dave Newton, Mark Bassey, Bobby Wellins, Greg Abate and The Haggis Horns, to name just a few. A highly melodic guitarist, Burns is deeply steeped in the jazz guitar tradition.
