New Artist Voice on the Board of Trustees Call Out
Are you a young artist (18-30) ready to take your seat at the table?
Take A Part (TAP) is looking for our next New Artist Voice (NAV) to join our Board of Trustees.
We’re looking for a young practitioner (18-30) from non-traditional backgrounds or with lived experience of protected characteristics to help shape the future of community-led creativity and ensure it is fit for the next generation wanting to work in the Socially Engaged Arts sector.
This isn’t just volunteering. It’s a chance to:
Gain strategic influence in the arts sector.
Dismantle old leadership models.
Access professional mentorship & a dedicated "Board Buddy."
Network on a regional, national, and international level.
No previous board experience? No problem.
We want your passion and your perspective.
This is a 3-year tenure position, but if that doesn't work for you, we can be flexible.
You can live ANYWHERE in the UK and take part - we have a UK-wide board already in place and love to work with those with new networks and experiences.
